Construction is underway on this Mount Airy project. The foundation has been poured and the first floor has been framed, with the second floor wall framing underway. The custom 5,300 square-foot home, designed by Cunningham Architecture, Inc., will have four levels of living space, with ten-foot ceilings on the first floor; large family room with a two-sided fireplace; seven bedrooms including a master suite; and a three-car garage.
From sketches to CAD, our process includes several schemes of hand-sketched elevations. Collaborating with the client, we refine one scheme, or take components from a few, and generate a final elevation sketch. This sketch is the basis for the computer drafted elevation, which then can be further developed to produce full-color renderings.
Completed outdoor pizza kitchen for a Blue Bell family. Kitchen includes grill, pizza oven, refrigerator, and storage. Stone was selected to match the existing stone on the house. We started the project by providing a photo realistic rendering to help the client visualize the design.
