Cunningham Architecture is an architecture firm located in King of Prussia, PA specializing in residential design with a focus on new custom homes, additions, remodels, and renovations. Our clients include homeowners, builders, developers, and real estate professionals in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

We offer architectural design services from schematic design through construction administration. We will be your partner throughout the entire design and construction process. We believe that successful projects are a result of a collaborative atmosphere. As the lead and liaison among clients, consultants, and contractors, we aim to provide and build trusting, long-lasting relationships.

We listen to our clients' needs and then develops a practical and customized professional service plan. We take great pride in the quality of our documentation services and in our dedication to meeting project schedules.

MEET THE PRINCIPALS

ORSI CUNNINGHAM, RA, NCARB | RICH CUNNINGHAM

Cunningham Architecture is a husband and wife owned business. Both Orsi and Rich are graduates of Temple University, Tyler School of Art’s Architecture Program.

Orsi has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and project management. She has been the lead on numerous projects from conception through construction. She is registered in PA and is NCARB-certified.

Rich has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of building design, graphic design, and illustration. He has been the lead designer on numerous single family residential projects, from simple decks and additions to custom home design.

On the weekends, we enjoy spending time with our son. The creativity continues with Lego builds and art projects. You can also find us hiking in nature, visiting museums, and traveling to explore new destinations together.
