ABOUT THE FIRM
Cunningham Architecture is a King of Prussia-based architecture firm serving the Philadelphia Main Line and surrounding suburbs. Led by our husband-and-wife team, Orsi and Rich Cunningham, we specialize in residential design with a focus on new custom homes, additions, and renovations. Our designs are practical, functional, cohesive, and beautiful that reflect the unique aesthetic and needs of our clients.
For many homeowners building or renovating a home is a new venture that can be understandably overwhelming, but we strive to make it a positive (and fun) experience. We are our clients’ partner and advocate throughout the entire design and construction process. We prioritize transparency and communication, while being sensitive to budgets and timelines. On each project, we listen to our clients' needs and then develop a customized professional service plan. We take great pride in delivering our clients exceptional professional service and quality design documentation, all while meeting project schedules. Successful projects are a result of a collaborative atmosphere and as the central point of communication between clients, consultants, and contractors, our goal is to foster and build trust and lasting relationships.
MEET THE PRINCIPALS
ORSI CUNNINGHAM, RA, NCARB | RICH CUNNINGHAM
Cunningham Architecture is a husband-and-wife-owned business. Both Orsi and Rich are graduates of Temple University, Tyler School of Art’s Architecture Program.
Orsi has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of architecture and project management. She has been the lead on numerous projects from conception through construction. She is registered in PA and is NCARB-certified.
Rich has over 30 years of professional experience in the field of building design, graphic design, and illustration. He has been the lead designer on numerous single family residential projects, from simple additions to custom home design.
On the weekends, we enjoy spending time with our son. The creativity continues with Lego builds and art projects. You can also find us hiking in nature, visiting museums, and traveling to explore new destinations together.
